		<description>Oooh! How did it go? I am sooo intrigued by this idea... I&#039;m sort of working on a schedule of my &quot;ideal week&quot; right now (which days do I do errands, which days do I schedule meetings, etc) and I wonder if I could do the one-day-off thing. 

I think my issue would be things that are &quot;blurry&quot; like catching up with blogs or twitter, etc...Like I don&#039;t want to give myself too many &quot;rules&quot; but if I sit around clicking on the internet all day was it really a day off? hmmm.

Anyway--sorry about the  tangent--I&#039;m excited to see how this works out for you! Hope you post an update :)</description>
